Looming Sunset: Advising Clients on Estate Planning before 2026

It's more important than ever to consider different estate planning options for clients who might be impacted if the estate and gift tax credit sunset in 2026.  During this presentation, we will review different options to discuss with clients during this period of uncertainty, including planning considerations for both income and estate/gift taxes, planning for IRA's and insurance, second homes and low basis assets, as well as different gifting techniques to consider before 2026.
