Business Succession Planning - Opportunities Missed

Thomas R. Briones has been a business attorney for more than 28 years.  He limits his practice to representing locally owned businesses.  His law firm, Briones Business Law Consulting, P.C., is a boutique buiness law firm in Albuquerque, providing outside general counsel services to local business owners.

Tom is the immediate past-chair of the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce, the chair-elect for the Central New Mexico Community College Foundation, and sits on the boards of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce and Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a member of the Albuquerque Economic Forum.   

Tom is a past chair of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and the National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation.   He was a founding member of the United Way of Central New Mexico's Hispano Philanthropic Society, is a former member of the Small Business Administation's Regulatory Fairness Board, WESST, Junior Achievement of New Mexico and the Center for Civic Values.

Tom lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife, Stephanie, who is in her fourth year of residencey at UNMH to become an anesthesiologist.
