Cristy will talk about the probate process when using the Probate Courts in New Mexico and will review the Supreme Court approved forms.
Cristy J. Carbon-Gaul grew up primarily in Omaha, Nebraska but considers herself a New Mexican, living in Albuquerque most of her adult life. Her and her husband, Daniel Gaul, moved to New Mexico in 1997. They have two children, two dogs, three cats and 23 chickens.
She is a lawyer by the New Mexico State Bar since 1997, earning her law degree from Creighton University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Her undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting is from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Cristy has practiced probate law in New Mexico for over 20 years. Cristy is the Probate Judge for Bernalillo County.
